Refund Policy

At DIGIROUTE GLOBAL-TECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we ensure a transparent refund process.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds apply only to regular-priced Goods returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Sale items cannot be refunded (unless required by law).
• Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

Refund Method

• Refunds credited to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds issued as store credits.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Important Notes

• Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of Goods or proof of delivery.
• Use an insured and trackable courier service for returns.
